Key principle

You are not trying to win an argument. You are trying to plant a seed. A good SVR conversation ends with the other person thinking — not defending. If they’re still talking, you’re winning.

The goal is not to convert a Republican into a Democrat. The goal is to create enough doubt that they consider sitting out, or voting for someone else, or at minimum asking more questions. That’s enough.
